Complimentary Classes

The fitness center offers a wide variety of complimentary group fitness classes led by fitness center staff.  A sample of classes include, Pilates Mat, Light Strength, Posture, Balance Stretch and Strength, Water Aerobics, Zumba, and Spin. Reference the fitness center website www.ticefitnesscenter.com (mindbody) or our Tice Creek Fitness Center branded App for the most up-to-date class schedule. Schedules also available in the Rossmoor News. Due to popularity, signups are required. You may sign up one week ahead of time, with the sign-up window opening up at 8:00am. You can sign up online through the mindbody website, tice creek fitness center app, via phone or in person at the fitness center. Please note that 70% of the class spaces are reserved for online and 30% of them are for call ins/walk ins. Additionally, each class has a waitlist (varying in number based on the class) and you are welcome to stand by, to join the class if space is available.

Fee-based Classes w/ Independent Contractor (IC) Instructors

The fitness center also offers fee-based group fitness classes led by outside independent contractor instructors.  These classes include Smart Start (Strength/Cardio), Strength Training and Water Aerobics. Class fees and class structure are determined by instructor. For information about fees and what you can expect from each class, stop by for a class and talk to the instructor.

CLUB Classes

The fitness center also provides space for a number of Rossmoor community CLUB classes. For more information about CLUBS, refer to club contact on class description for specific club class.
