MINDBODY is the resident account management program we use at the fitness center to keep track of fitness center usage, appointment scheduling, contact info, etc.  Each resident with an account in Mindbody can login online or through the Tice Fitness Center Mindbody App and connect to their account. 

Tip 1: Connecting to your account allows you to view class schedules, pay for services, and more.

Tip 2: Most residents who have visited and registered at the fitness center in the past and have a fitness center key fob will have a Mindbody account. However, 

Tip 3: In order to connect/login to your Tice Creek MindBody account, you must have a valid email on file with us.  Your personal email and a unique password is what recognizes you and allows you to connect to your account.

Tip 5: Each account must have a unique email.  For example, a spouse cannot use the same email address on their account.

Tip 6: Residents will be set up with a Mindbody account during their first visit to the center.

How To Login to Your Mindbody Account

Using A Computer

 

  1. Click: “ MINDBODY LOGIN” link on top of this page
  2. Scroll to bottom of the screen and click “Need New Password” under the login box
  3. Click  “Need New Password” when window pops up
  4. Enter email address where prompted and click submit
  5. Open your personal email and find the password set-up email, then follow the link inside that email to create a password
  6. After you create your password, follow steps 1 and 2 above to get back to the login page, but instead of clicking need new password, enter your email and your new password you just created.

Other Details:

  • After initial set-up, simply login with username and password each time.
  • Email and password are the same for online and App login
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If you get an alert after you entered your email stating your email could not be found, the email you are trying to use either does not match our records, or we do not have your email on file, or you do not yet have a Mindbody account set up. You will need to call the Fitness Center front desk @ 925.988.7850 during operating hours or email fitnessdesk@rossmoor.com.  It is crucially important that you provide your full name that you prefer to go by, email address, phone number, and physical address if sending an email. We will need this information to either update your account or create a new account for you.  Once we update our records you will be able to follow the steps above to login to your account. 

How To Login To Your Mindbody Account

Using the Tice Fitness App

 

  1. Download the “TICE CREEK FITNESS” App from your app store (QR code above)
  2. Tap the 3 bars on top left after you open App, then click “Log In”
  3. On the next screen, tap “forgot password”
  4. Enter your email address and tap “submit”
  5. Go to your email account, follow the emailed link to create a password
  6. After you create your password, open the App again and login using your email and the new password you just created
  7. Once you log in to the App, complete the App set up process:
    • Tap the 3 bars on the top left
    • If you see your name and email address at the top of the next screen, you know you’re logged in to your account.
    • Tap “My Account” option in the drop down list
    • Tap on the circle where your picture would go next to your name
    • Make sure all personal data is entered and updated
    • IMPORTANT: Complete the studio liability release, which asks for a finger signature, then be sure to save it.

Other Details:

  • Use the 3 bars on the top left to navigate to the class schedules and other account options.
