Personal trainer with two and a half years’ experience in with the aging and older adult population. Adam started out coaching swimming and water polo right out of high school and found a passion for personal fitness and coaching others during that time. After finishing the NASM course for personal training, he worked for a retirement community in Fairfield as a Fitness Specialist.
Class formats: Aerobic, circuit, strength, mobility and agility, flexibility, water classes.

Nora Pallotta

Nora has been working in the fitness industry since 2017. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and she is a Functional Aging Specialist through the FAI (Functional Aging Institute). She also has a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis.
Her objective is to help people maintain their mobility & balance as they grow older, use exercise as a tool to help improve & maintain quality of life, and teach people how to achieve their fitness goals.
She has experience with people at all levels of fitness. Her focus is senior fitness and special populations. She has worked with individuals with Parkinson’s, dementia, osteoporosis, sarcopenia and COPD, as well as people with knee and hip replacement post-physical therapy.
She is currently working on her Yoga teacher training 200Hr.

Ash Harrison

Personal Trainer with 2 years of experience working with all ages and mobilities. Ash started out coaching middle school volleyball in the small town of Groveland, CA. She then went on to run her own online coaching business when closures began in 2020. Inspiring women to run and have confidence in their training programs.
Ash worked at Montage Wellness Center in Marina, CA as a personal trainer/group exercise instructor while finishing her degree in Media Communications at CSUMB, she most recently worked for Live 2b healthy in several communities the bay area.
Class Formats: Circuit, aerobics, bootcamp, mobility, core, calisthenics, functional fitness and flexibility. Emphasis in youth/teen sports development and senior fitness.
Awards: Assistant Coach of the Year 2017, MVP of XOSO league
Qualifications: ISSA Elite Trainer: CPT, body building & nutrition, senior fitness, speed & agility and flexibility
