Biography:

Richard graduated with a BA in Exercise Science from the University of the Pacific. He has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
He is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and is also certified in various fitness specialties such as TRX, cycling, and sports performance.

Job History: Richard has worked in various environments in the fitness industry. He began his career in physical therapy, and after a few years, moved on to a career in the personal training field in a commercial gym. With much success, he went on to take on personal trainer and managerial roles in corporate fitness where he established himself as a full-time trainer and group fitness instructor. Richard has also been coaching basketball to youth for about a decade and is an avid tennis fan.

Goal for clients“Health is wealth” and “movement is medicine” are two central themes I live by. No matter where you are in life, quality of life is important at any age. Movement is the foundation to building a healthy lifestyle.

 

 

 Ash Harrison

Personal Trainer with 2 years of experience working with all ages and mobilities. Ash started out coaching middle school volleyball in the small town of Groveland, CA. She then went on to run her own online coaching business when closures began in 2020. Inspiring women to run and have confidence in their training programs.

Ash worked at Montage Wellness Center in Marina, CA as a personal trainer/group exercise instructor while finishing her degree in Media Communications at CSUMB, she most recently worked for Live 2b healthy in several communities the bay area.

Class Formats: Circuit, aerobics, bootcamp, mobility, core, calisthenics, functional fitness and flexibility. Emphasis in youth/teen sports development and senior fitness.

 Awards:  Assistant Coach of the Year 2017, MVP of XOSO league
