Personal Trainer

Biography:

Emm has a B.S. in Psychology from San Francisco State University(from where) and has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2004. She is a certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Cycling instructor (Aerobics and Fitness Association of  America, TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise suspension system), Schwinn Cycle (AFAA), Barre, Balance Body University Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer, Zumba Basic.

Prior to joining Rossmoor in 2015, she was a Personal Trainer and a Group X Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness of the east bay.  There she taught strength training using free weights and cardio with Cycling and TRX. Also stretching and core work with mat Pilates. After 24 Hour Fitness she joined the fitness staff at Chevron Headquarters in San Ramon, California practicing Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructing, emphasizing corrective movements with core strength training.

She was born and raised in the Bay Area. When she is not working, you can find her outdoors hiking.
